If I have the 3rd generation iPod Touch, can i add an attachable camera?

If I have the 3rd generation iPod Touch, can i add an attachable camera? The 3rd generation does not include a mic or a camera. will it let me add a camera for Skype or Facetime? Will it let me add the mic? Heeellllp!
