Is it possible to defy genetics? I'm naturally a big girl? How do I lose weight? (details given)?
Although you have a large frame, there is no reason you can't be slim. Genetics doesn't have as much to do with weight as people think. Your skeletal structure can't be changed but your body fat can be. Your diet has no protein and a lot of sugar. Cut out the crepes and fruit and the smoothies. All sugar. Focus on lean protein with every meal and only complex carbs like wholegrain bread and pasta. Only eat one piece of fruit a day and enjoy lots of veg(not potatoes) instead. Stick to 1200kcals -1400kcals a day and exercise and you'll lose weight.
