Does this girl like me?

Alright guys so I really like this girl and I think she likes me too. We don't have any classes together this year, but we had basically all the same classes together freshman year so we know eachother. Freshman year some of her friends asked me to hangout with her but we only hung out once. Later in the year one of her friends told me that I should go out with her. This year I see her around the hallways and stuff and our eyes usually meet. We do talk occasionally though. So today in homeroom me and my friend were tossing papers at her like we usually do to tease her haha. (Even when I don't throw the paper at her she always turns around and looks me in the eyes and either pretends to scowl and just looks really cute or smiles) So today my friend threw the paper at her and she turned around and looked at me and smiled. Then when I looked away, she picked up the paper and threw it back at me. When I looked at her she just looked at me and laughed and then turned back around. I think she likes me, she's so beautiful and I really wanna ask her out. What do you guys think?
