Is it possible to increase microphone sensitivity on a Tritton AX 180 headset?

I have to have my microphone close to my mouth for people to hear me. It's not TOO much of a problem, but I would still like to increase the sensitivity so I can have the mic farther from my mouth. Is there a way to do this?
